SLEOCHEM has own laboratory for product research and develop, we perform customize procedure from designing of raw materials till the end of the production process. We work with a limited number of key raw material suppliers. We check every batch of raw materials and testing different ingredients to insure stable and consistent quality of our products.

The major raw materials required for the production of cellulose ethers include refined cotton and some commonly used chemical solvents such as propylene oxide (PO for short), chloromethane, liquid soda, caustic soda, ethylene oxide, toluene and other auxiliary materials. The upstream industry enterprises in this industry include refined cotton and some chemical companies. Fluctuations in the prices of the major raw materials mentioned above will have varying degrees of impact on the production costs and selling prices of cellulose ethers.

With the advanced international production Technology, we have introduced German horizontal kettle“one - step”production process. There are two automatic production line, 8 etherification kettles. The cellulose products have been widely used in industry chemicals, such as construction building materials and detergent grade.
